At Wellspring College, we have recently introduced swimming and aerobics as part of our extra-curricular activities.Every student is encouraged to take part in the aerobic classes while swimming is optional. This initiative is aimed at helping students keep fit and healthy, build endurance and learn team building skills. Students also have the opportunity to develop survival skills, as swimming is both a sport and a survival skill. Students always look forward to these activities as it goes a long way to relieve stress.
