On Tuesday 23 February, 2021, our SS3 catering craft students paid a visit to the Radisson Blu hotel, GRA, Ikeja.
Students toured the facilities and departments expanding their knowledge on housekeeping, banquet hall set-up, kitchen and bar operations. Practical presentations were demonstrated by staff. Students learnt by observing and asking questions.
It was a memorable experience for the students.
